- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop protein powder choose your favorite flavor
- ½ cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan version
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Optional Add-ins:
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds for extra fiber
- ¼ cup Chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp Dried fruit
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients (almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt) in a bowl.
Blend wet ingredients (peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract) in another bowl.
Combine mixtures by gradually adding the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips (and optional add-ins) until evenly distributed.
Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around edges.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
