Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks

Toppings (Optional):

  • Chocolate shavings
  • Chopped Reese’s cups

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.

Make the Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream to maintain fluffiness.

Assemble & Chill:

  • Spread filling over the chilled crust.
  • Add toppings (if using).
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best texture).

Serve:

  • Slice with a hot knife for clean edges.
  • Optional: Drizzle with caramel or serve with ice cream.
