- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats gluten-free if needed
- ¼ cup nut butter peanut, almond, or sunflower seed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup optional for extra sweetness
- ¼ cup mix-ins chocolate chips, raisins, nuts
Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash Bananas: In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Mix Ingredients: Add oats, nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and mix well. Fold in optional mix-ins.
